Section 01

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and huat365, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under international licensing.

By accessing huat365.one, registering an account, or using any service provided by huat365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement as well as our Privacy Policy published separately.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required not to use the huat365 platform and to close your account immediately if you have already registered.

Section 02

Eligibility to Register

Registration and use of the huat365 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. huat365 reserves the right to request proof of identity and verify user eligibility at any time.

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Not having been declared bankrupt or subject to any court-ordered financial management order
• Not having had a previous account terminated by huat365 due to a prior breach of terms
• Using the account personally and not on behalf of any third party

Section 03

User Account and Responsibilities

Each individual is only allowed one active account on the huat365 platform. Holding multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login information secure, including your username and password. Never share your login details with anyone. huat365 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised party as a result of your own negligence.

All personal information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), email address, and mobile phone number, must be accurate, current, and verifiable. huat365 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing any withdrawal.

• Personal information must match a valid identity document
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the huat365 support team
• huat365 reserves the right to suspend an account while the identity verification process is ongoing
• Each user is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate

Section 04

Deposits and Payment Methods

huat365 accepts deposits through a range of secure and recognised local payment methods. All deposit transactions are processed through a layered security system to protect your financial information.

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. Available payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. huat365 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions.

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in the same user's name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be rejected and the funds returned, and this may result in the user's account being suspended for further review.

Section 05

Withdraw Funds

Withdrawals from a huat365 account are subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirement conditions. The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50, and standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the withdrawal request is approved.

Available withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, USDT, BTC, and ETH. Users are advised to use the same method as the original deposit to speed up the withdrawal process.

Before processing a first withdrawal, users may be required to complete the identity verification process by submitting a copy of their MyKad or a valid identity document. This is a standard security measure to protect the user's account.

• Withdrawals affected by bonus conditions will be processed once the wagering requirements are met

Section 06

Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

huat365 offers various bonus offers to new and existing users. A 100% welcome bonus up to RM300 is given to new users on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, the wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM800 produces a maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

All huat365 bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions, which must be followed in full:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash
• huat365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or abuse is detected
• The validity period of a bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms
• Any dispute relating to a bonus must be submitted to customer support within 7 days

Section 07

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the huat365 platform are subject to the specific betting rules for each type of game or sport. Users are responsible for understanding the relevant rules before placing any bet.

huat365 reserves the right to cancel or declare void any bet placed based on incorrect information, a technical error in the system, or any unusual circumstance that reasonably warrants cancellation. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

• The final result of a game or match is conclusive and cannot be disputed without valid grounds.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user unless permitted by the rules of the relevant game.
• huat365 reserves the right to cancel a bet if there is an error in the odds or an overpayment.
• Any technical issue that occurs during a game must be reported to customer support immediately.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect all users, huat365 strictly prohibits certain conduct. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit system bugs or technical errors in huat365.
• Identity fraud or using another person's information without authorisation.
• Owning multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus terms.
• Collaboration between players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Any form of money laundering through the huat365 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward staff or other users.

Section 09

Account Closure and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the huat365 customer support team. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed first, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

huat365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of account closure for these reasons, any remaining balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.

If an account is closed at the user's request and there are no outstanding issues, the net balance in the account will be returned to the user via the same payment method used for the original deposit within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 10

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The huat365 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. huat365 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds information displayed, or the outcome of bets.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, huat365 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

Users acknowledge that betting involves real financial risk, and the decision to place a bet is entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility. huat365 encourages responsible gambling and provides support tools for users who need assistance.

Section 11

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the huat365 platform, including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of huat365 and is protected under international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of huat365's content without explicit written permission from huat365. Permitted use is limited to personal access and use for betting purposes only.

Section 12

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

huat365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, regulatory requirements, or changes to the service. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on the huat365 platform.

Users will be notified of significant amendments via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. By continuing to use the platform after amendments are published, users are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms.
